Rosemary Grilled Turkey Breast

Every cook should have this uncommonly delicious yet simple Rosemary Grilled Turkey Breast recipe in their back pocket.

Ingredients

5 sprigs of rosemary, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 (4 1/2 lb.) Plainville Farms® Bone-In Turkey Breast
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Place a heatproof drip pan beneath your grill grate and fill with about 1/4 inch of water. Preheat oven to 375-400°F and place turkey on the grill skin-side facing up and cook over indirect heat, covered, for about 30 minutes. Check that drip pan has not run dry and add water if necessary. Ensure that grill temperature has remained constant. Continue to cook for another 30-45 minutes. When internal temperature reads 175°F on a meat thermometer it is cooked through. Transfer to cutting board to rest for 15 minutes, then slice and serve with pan gravy. Serves 6.
